When business man think of advertisement, the first thing come to their mind is the traditional media like TV, radio, newspaper, bill board, bus advertisement…etc which involved very high barrier of entry. Most business man realise the important of advertisement and it’s impact on their business but did not actively take part on it due to the budget constrain. The above mentioned advertising tools are simply too expensive when they think of advertisement. This is especially true for a new business owner when they just start up a new business after thinking for may be few year while they are working for other people and save some hard earn money, normally through their monthly salary. We cannot deny this is the actual facts that is happening now. Most of them are very conscience when talking about their advertising budget. Therefore when a person took part in a new business or it is the first time they venture into the business world, usually they will not invest much of their budget in advertising. For this group of new business man, they will normally embark in some cheaper form of advertising tools like leaflet distribution, door to door or telephone cold calling depending on what kind of new business they are setting up. This is usually the hardest time a new business need to endure before it can grow to another level. However, we are now in information age, how many people are actually think of this start to think to advertise their business in internet marketing in order to attract more people? I think this is a very important area which every business man shall know no matter you are new or old in the market. We will go into depth step by step to discuss internet marketing, internet advertisement, blog marketing, display advertisement, SEO ( Search Engine Optimization), SEM ( Search Engine Marketing), viral marketing, social media marketing.. and so on in near future.
